1.3 - The Importance of a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet is a powerful tool to analyze the large amounts of data, and is
used to organize and store data in tabular form.

1.4- Preparing the tables:

Prepare the headings of columns / rows, data, and the formulas that will be
applied to the data

1.5- Getting Excel started:

There are many ways to open Excel as follows:
1- Click "Start" button, select "Excel" (based on your version).

2- Click "the search box" located in the windows taskbar, then type "Excel", then
click "Enter".
