The dialog box includes two columns: the first column on the right contains all
the commands that can be added to the ribbon, and the second column on the left
contains the commands already added. To add, we select the command and click
"Add" and then OK.

2.2.3 - Remove a command from the Quick Access Toolbar
From the same dialog box in Figure (11), select the command from the column
on the left, then click “Remove,” then OK to remove the command from the quick
access bar.
