2.2.1 - Add a command to the Quick Access Toolbar:
The customizable Quick Access Toolbar contains a set of commands. These

commands can be accessed more quickly than through tabs in the Ribbon, and
customizability means that a key representing commands can be added to the Quick
Access Toolbar.

To add or remove commands on the quick access bar, click on the arrow at the
end of the bar, as in Figure (6). This is called customizing the quick access bar.

A list appears as in Figure (7) that includes commonly used commands such as
(Auto Save - New - Open....). When you click on any of them, it appears in the bar
and a check mark is placed in front of it.
To remove it, the command is clicked again, and it disappears from the bar and
the mark disappears. Correct in front of the matter.
