3- This is the best way to open excel as it enables you to create an Excel file first, then
open the program, thus the file saving process is easily done. This method is done
by choosing the appropriate place to save the file, then click the mouse right button,
choose New, then Microsoft Excel Worksheet, then type the file name, then click the
Enter key.
