Comments:

• If you sign into OneDrive with a personal account, items in
the Recycle Bin are automatically deleted after 30 days.

• If you sign in with a work or school account, items in the
Recycle Bin are automatically deleted after 93 days, unless
your administrator changes the settings.

Option 2: Restore a previous version of a file

Sometimes, you need to restore an older version of a file that's in
OneDrive. To do this, you can use version history where you can see
and restore older versions of your files stored in OneDrive. Version
history works with all file types, including Microsoft 365 files, PDFs,
images, videos, and more. To do this, follow these steps:
