2. Some cloud services for Office 356 package
programs

Office 356 cloud versions are services provided by Microsoft to create
and edit different file types supported by Microsoft office programs
online. Through these services, files can also be shared between more
than one user to work on them at the same time. Additionally, the files
can be worked on from any computer connected to the Internet
without the need to download an installed copy of the program on the
device.
Therefore, this section aims to review some of the features that are
offered through Office 356 cloud services to its online users. To do this,
you need a Microsoft account if you want to use Microsoft Office, but
instead of installing Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint on your
computer and instead of paying for them, you can use the free cloud
versions of these products and be able to save these files in Microsoft
OneDrive.
From this standpoint, a Microsoft account enables you to work on its
online cloud services such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and
OneDrive. Also, it gives you access to Skype, Outlook, Calendar, and
People. In addition, it enables you to work on more specialized
programs such as Sway to create interactive reports and presentations,
Form to create forms for opinion polls, data collection, or other tasks,
and Quiz to create electronic test forms.
