             1.4.2. Save:
            It is necessary to save work at regular intervals in order not to lose data in the event of a
            power outage.
            There are three ways to save a document:
            1. File > Save.
            2. Click the Save icon on the Quick Access Toolbar.
            3. Or by pressing the Ctrl+S keys together.
            1.4.3. File formats for saving documents:

                Word document is saved with the default extension (docx) and can be saved in other
                formats so that you or someone else can open the file in a different program or using an
                older version. To save a Word document in a different format, follow these steps:

                  1. Click the File tab.
                  2. Click Save As.
                  3. Choose a file location, such as OneDrive or This PC to store your file.
                  4. In the File name box, enter a new name for the file.
                  5. In the Save as type list, click the file format that you want to save the file in.
                  6. Then, click Save. Any recent changes to your file will be saved .
            The following table lists the different kinds of documents that Word can save.
