4.1.2 Local Area Networks LAN:
These are networks that connect a group of computer devices within a small
geographic area, such as a room, building, or organization that encompasses multiple
buildings.
4.1.3 Campus Area Networks CAN:
It is a set of interconnected Local Area Networks (LANs) within a larger geographical
area, such as a school campus, university campus, or corporate buildings. The
network department and technical support provide assistance on the campus,
including network setup and troubleshooting for all associated departments and
residents within the campus.
