Google Docs App

Google Docs is a powerful and versatile application that allows users to create, edit,

and share documents on their mobile devices. This app is part of

Google's productivity toolkit and is available for free on the App

Store.

To start using Google Docs on your mobile device, simply

download the app from the store, log in with your Google

account and you will be taken to the app's main screen where

you can see all your current documents or create new ones. To

create a new document, tap the "+" icon in the lower right

corner of the screen. You can choose from different document

types such as blank documents, resume, letterhead ... etc.

Once you have selected the type of your document you can

start editing it by writing text or adding images or tables. The

interface of the Google Docs application is similar to that of other

word processing applications such as Microsoft Word or Apple

Pages. You can format text by changing the font size, color, or Figure 29: Google Docs

style, or adding bullet points, or punctuation. App.

When you open an image (with texts) stored on Google Drive

using the Google Docs application, a new Google Doc is created

with the same name as the image, and when you open this document, we find that the

texts in the image have been extracted, whether in foreign languages or in Arabic.

One of the most useful features of the Google Docs app is the collaboration feature.

You can share your document with others by pressing the "Share" key in the upper

right corner of the screen. You can invite others via email or share a link they can access

without logging into their Google account.

Another useful feature is the offline mode that allows users to work on their

documents even when they are not connected to the internet. To enable offline mode,

go to Settings and turn on Offline mode.
