Allow public access to the file

    You can specify whether your file is publicly available or limited to people who have
    permission to access it. If you allow everyone with the link to access your file, anyone
    will be able to open it.

        1. Next to the file or folder name, click on More and then choose "Manage
            Access".

        2. Under Public Access, tap Change.
        3. Choose who can access the file by clicking on one of the options that appear,

            which vary according to the type of Google account as follows:

    The free Google account (Gmail registration) will show two options:
        ▪ Specific people: Only specified people can use the file.
        ▪ Anyone with the link: Anyone with the link can use the file without logging into
            their Google account. To specify the role you will give to people, select an option
            (viewer - commentor - editor).

    An account managed by an educational institution "Academic College Email
    Registration": An additional option will appear that enables you to choose to share
    files and folders with people who work in this educational institution only, and to
    specify the role you will give to people, select an option (viewer - commentator -
    editor). In this case, you can choose whether or not these people can find these files
    in the search results on Google.

        4. Press the back arrow.
