After selecting the People role, click Copy link from the top of the screen, tap the back
arrow , then paste the link into an email message or send it to People in the
appropriate way. This way anyone who is connected to the Internet and has the link
can access the file and the account holder's name will be visible as the owner of the
file.
Another useful feature of Google Drive is its ability to work offline. To enable offline
access for a specific file or folder, simply tap on it and select "Make it available offline."
This will download a copy of the file or folder to your device so that you can access it
even without an internet connection.

Training activity
As a scientist and researcher who needs a lot of scientific articles and references,
upload some of the articles and references in the form of PDF files to your cloud using
the Google Drive app.
