4. Steps for educational design and educational scenario writing

              The instructional design process goes through a set of main steps, which can be
            listed as follows:

                - Formulating educational objectives.
                - Determine the educational tasks and work required of the learner.
                - Monitoring the learner and analyzing his behavior, Formulating behavioral

                    statements for educational objectives.
                - Preparing tests in specific standards.
                - Developing general strategies that will guide the educational process.
                - Preparing, organizing, and categorizing educational content sequentially and

                    attractively.
                - Improving and developing educational courses.
                - Determine strategies and evaluation tools.

     5. Members of the instructional design process

     The instructional design process team consists of several members:
                - Instructional designers (ID): is entrusted with the task of developing a
                    detailed plan for the educational process and the steps and procedures it
                    includes.
                - The teacher: is considered the link between the learner and the educational
                    curriculum. He is the one who deals directly with the learner and has all the
                    details and information about him. He is also the one who implements the
                    study plan to deliver the educational topics to the learner.
                - Educational Subject Specialist/Expert (SME): This person is considered
                    the academic supervisor of the educational material and is entrusted with
                    ensuring the validity and accuracy of the knowledge content.
                - The quality assurance (evaluator/monitor): is entrusted with determining
                    the evaluation strategies and tools used in the educational process. He also
                    provides feedback on the quality of the educational curriculum, its suitability
                    for learners, and the extent to which it achieves the desired educational goals.
                - In many cases, the educational subject expert performs several previous roles,
                    where he is the subject expert, and at the same time, he is the link between the
                    learner and the educational curriculum. He is also the quality monitor for what
                    has been produced electronically in the various stages of electronic content
                    production, whether educational design, photography, or montage. Graphics,
