2. The importance of instructional design

The importance of educational design and production of educational e-content
is that it is the decisive factor in the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the
educational process using multimedia systems. Effectiveness comes from the good
use, design, and production of multimedia systems, but if they are not designed in a
good way that considers educational variables and factors. technically, it will not
provide much to the learning process. Rather, it may reduce its quality and lead to
negative effects on learners. Traditional education may be faster, more effective, and
more economical than interactive means that are not well designed. This is what led
to an interest in the perfect design of multimedia programs and is parallel to this.
Academic interest in studying the impact of using these programs in their various
methods on the educational process because of their great importance in achieving
            positive learning.

     3. Benefits of instructional design

There are many benefits to the learning design process, and they can be summarized
     as follows:

            - Defining educational goals and formulating them in precise, measurable
                behavioral terms.

            - Improving, developing, and improving the educational process to make it more
                interactive.

            - The ability to apply educational theories in educational situations.
            - Optimal investment in interactive educational media and advanced educational

                technologies.
            - Making the learner the focus of the educational process and relying on his effort.
            - Creating an educational climate suitable for students, their inclinations, and

desires, and increasing their motivation towards learning, which contributes to
                achieving educational goals.
            - Considering the educational process as a system that arises from a group of inputs
that interact with each other to arrive at distinct educational outcomes.
            - Relying on educational theories in the education process, which reflects
                positively on its quality.
            - Saving effort and time on all parts of the educational process.
            - Providing sufficient space for the learner to interact with the educational material,
which motivates him to be creative and innovative.
            - The ability to evaluate the learner, the teacher, and the educational process
systematically and thoughtfully to determine the extent to which educational
                goals have been achieved.
