D. Flexibility
Cloud offers a lot of scalability and flexibility options, so you may
be launching a new business which means you need more cloud
resources. Based on it, you can scale the cloud resources you
need (e.g., memory, processing power, storage, etc.) in one
step. For example, if 90% of your current storage is reached, you
can (if needed) add another 100GB to the storage space.
Conversely, if you don't use resources, you can reduce them
back to the extent you need.
E. Business Continuity
When data is stored on an internal server and there is a
hardware failure, power outage, or any other crisis, it is possible
that it is difficult to access this data or even that there may be
loss of. Without data, it is very difficult to manage the required
business. If the data is stored in the cloud, hardware failure,
power outages, natural disasters or any other crisis do not result
in data loss or inaccessibility (usually) due to networked
backups.
F. Accessibility
Applications, services, and data in the cloud can be accessed
from home, office or anywhere, and at almost any time whether
it is during holidays, commutes, or other times as long as a
device is connected to the Internet.
G. Increased cooperation
With the cloud, it is very easy for your team to access, edit and
share files anytime and from anywhere. So, there is no longer a
need to send documents, spreadsheets, and other files via
email. As a result of having these files in the cloud, everyone
who has the right to access can collaborate and work together
better.
• Disadvantages of using Cloud Computing
Despite these advantages of cloud computing and the services it
provides, there are some disadvantages that may be available while
using this technology including:
