Introduction

            Word processing programs are a group of programs that are used to enter the largest
            possible amount of text in different languages, including Arabic and English, in different
            forms and formats, which allow the user to:

               • Enter and process texts is better and easier than writing by hand or using a typewriter.
               • Edit texts, write documents, letters, and other everyday documents.
               • Share documents with anyone, collaborate on editing them, add comments and

                   changes.
               • Access your documents from anywhere.
               • Keep your documents in OneDrive and access them from any device.
               • Insert many images and automatic shapes.
               • It is also used in preparing tables and charts in various shapes.

       Microsoft Word 2019

            Word 2019 gives you new ways to work with documents, like improved digital pen
            features, book-like page navigation, Learning Tools, and translation.

            Through this version you can also benefit from the following features:

            • Support tools to facilitate reading and writing.

            • Provides advanced spelling and grammar checking.

            • Provides unique templates, fonts, icons, and stickers with thousands of options to choose
            from.

            • Provides dictation, voice commands, and text writing.

            • Get all angles with 3D images.

            • Accessibility improvements for people with disabilities.

          To open Microso Word 2019

             Choose one of the following:

               1- Through the program icon on the desktop.
               2- Type the word “Word” in the search bar in the taskbar, click the MS Word icon as

                   shown (Fig. 1)
               3- Right-click on any blank area on the Desktop, select New > Microsoft Word

                   Document.
