            The program’s training package consists of:
            • Trainee guide.
            • Work papers.
            • Trainer's Manual.
            • Presentation.

          Training Program Evaluation:

            The process of evaluating the training program includes the following:
            1- Evaluating the trainees’ performance, which is done by:

                • Commitment to attending all training sessions.
                • Interaction during training sessions.
                • Achieving work requirements within the team.
                • Daily note list.
                • Home assignment.
            2- Evaluating the effectiveness of the program is done through:
               • Evaluating the trainee from the trainer’s point of view through an evaluation survey at

                 the end of the program.
               • Evaluating the trainee’s performance to determine the extent of his benefit from the

                 program through:
               • Daily calendar survey. Survey to evaluate the training program at its end.
            3- The trainer’s performance is evaluated through:
               • Investigating the trainer’s evaluation from the trainees’ point of view on a daily basis.
               • Investigating the evaluation of the training program and the trainer from the trainees’

                 point of view at the end of the training.
