Trainer Role:
• Preparing for training, the desire to achieve its goals, and the complete conviction of
the importance of training on digital transformation.
• Willingness to conduct good practices to work towards achieving the desired objectives
of the training.
• Study the goals of the day and the goals of each session and workshops before they
begin and is keen to achieve these goals by asking the trainer questions and constantly
inquiring about what he wants.
• Practice self-reflection during and after the training session, by asking himself
questions and searching for solutions.
• Achieving the desired objectives of the training course well.
• Write down his questions and inquiries regarding the training materials, and hand them
over to the trainers in writing at the end of the training, so that they can benefit from the
feedback in developing the training material afterwards.
• Constant activity throughout the training.
• Practice self-evaluation at the end of each session, by asking himself questions that
measure the extent to which procedural goals have been achieved, and in light of that,
he provides appropriate feedback.
• Making the most of training and activating it in order to be an effective member of
development and digital transformation.
