Training Activities:
           Activity 1:

                Create a table of contents based on text formatted using heading styles
          (Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3).

                Add some modifications to the document, such as adding other styles of
          heading, increasing the number of pages, and then updating the table of contents.

          Activity: 2
                 Add (4) citations using APA style, then create a bibliography of these

          citations at the end of the document.

          Activity: 3
                Insert (3) pictures or objects, place a caption (plate number: *) under each

          picture with a brief description, then add a table of these figures for quick
          reference at the beginning of the document.

                The correspondence tab creates documents that you can send by mail, such
          as envelopes, letters, and certificates, and it also contains a set of commands in
          it for mail merge, which is a process that takes the form of a message and a list
          of contacts and creates a personal message for each recipient and the
          correspondence tab is divided into a set of sections that will be reviewed as
          follows:

           7.1. Crea on Group:
                The creation section contains tools used in creating envelopes and labels

          used in correspondence through the envelopes tool (Envelopes) The envelope
          for mail messages can be created by clicking on it and selecting the text to be
          written inside it and the following figure shows how to write text inside the
          envelope.
