11.2.5Internet Via 3G/4G
In this type, internet connectivity is established through mobile network towers
based on specific pricing plans set by the mobile company. It is also known as Cellular
Data. This type is characterized by the subscriber's lack of dependence on a specific
location, allowing them to connect to the internet even when traveling to other
countries. However, this convenience comes at the expense of the high cost
associated with this type of connection. In recent years, this type has seen significant
evolution and has become more popular than fixed internet connections due to the
decreasing costs of mobile phones and the increasing speeds of cellular internet. This
type can be divided into several generations:
1G (First Generation): The first generation of cellular internet was launched in the
1970s. It relied on radio frequency (RF) technology to provide voice-only services.
2G (Second Generation): The second generation of cellular internet was launched in
the 1990s. It relied on digital communication technology to provide voice and text
     messaging services.
3G (Third Generation): The third generation of cellular internet was launched in the
early 21st century. It relied on third-generation technology to provide voice, text
messaging, and internet access at higher speeds.
