     Microsoft 365 (Office) Applications
Microsoft 365 is a suite of cloud-based productivity applications that includes popular
Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook. With the increasing use of mobile devices in
today's world, Microsoft has developed these applications
to meet the needs of users while navigating. These mobile
apps are available for both Android and iOS devices and
offer a range of features that make it easier for users to
work from anywhere.
One of the most important advantages of using Microsoft
365 mobile apps is that they allow users to access their
documents from anywhere. Whether you're working from
home or while navigating, you can easily access your files
and keep working on them without any interruption. This
feature is especially useful for people who frequently travel
or work remotely.
Anyone can download the Microsoft 365 app for free and
start using it right away. You can also access and save Figure 35: Microsoft 365

account (OneDrive or SharePoint) or by connecting to a
third-party cloud storage provider.
Logging in with your university email account will unlock
premium paid features within the app.
Another advantage of using Microsoft 365 mobile apps is that they provide a seamless
experience across all devices. This means that you can start working on a document on
your desktop computer and continue editing it on your smartphone or tablet without
any compatibility issues. Mobile apps are also automatically synced to the cloud
ensuring that all changes made are saved in real-time.
With integrated editing features, you can scan and sign important documents and
create PDFs with just a few clicks.
Microsoft 365 mobile apps also offer a range of features that make it easier for users
to collaborate with others. For example, you can share documents with colleagues or
clients and collaborate in real time using the co-authoring feature. You can also track
changes made by others and revert to previous versions if necessary.
