Introduction to Microsoft Office Applications

Microsoft Office is a suite of desktop productivity
applications specifically designed by Microsoft for
     various office uses (education, management,
commerce, etc.). It was first announced by Bill Gates on
August 1, 1988, and the first product was released in
1990. For decades, Microsoft Office applications have
been a dominant model in providing modern document
processing environments related to offices. Microsoft
Office is available in 35 different languages and is supported by Windows, Mac,
     and various Linux systems.

The initial release of Office included Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and
Microsoft PowerPoint. Over the years, Office applications evolved to include
many other applications, as explained below:

Microsoft Word - Word Processing Software Microsoft
Word is one of the most widely used word processors
globally. It is used to create, edit, format, and print
documents. With numerous features, users can easily
     design professional-looking documents. Word can
create documents ranging from simple text to complex
reports, making it an essential tool for both companies
     and individuals.

You can maximize your Word documents by checking spelling, grammar, and
punctuation in all Word documents using the Microsoft editor. It allows you to
create and edit documents collaboratively. Additionally, you can share your
documents, collaborate on edits, add comments, and make real-time changes.
Access your documents from anywhere and keep them secure with features like
     built-in malware detection.
