File Sharing

At the beginning, it must be emphasized that this feature is only available in the
case of a local network between users or resorting to connectivity via the
Internet, as sometimes some institutions, companies and universities also provide
the opportunity for their employees or students to participate in carrying out
tasks and working on the same files. To exchange experiences and opinions, and
to encourage them to work collaboratively, this is done by the person who
created a file or application giving colleagues (at work or at school) the ability to
modify the contents of the file, as if he had become the owner of the file, just like
the owner of the file who created it in the beginning, and thus The person with
whom the file was shared makes his comments and implements them in the file
through, for example, the Word application, where he makes the modification,
and the application will track the modifications and mention the name of the
person who made the modification. This needs to be activated in the network
settings as follows:
