General Objective of The Training Program:

             The program aims to strengthen the trainee’s skills in dealing with the word processor
            program (Microsoft Word 2019) so that he can acquire the knowledge and skills necessary
            to produce the document in the best way using all available tools, the various tabs, in the
            best and fastest way for correct scientific and methodological writing.

          Sub-goals:

             By the end of the first day, the trainee will be able to:

               1- know Microsoft Word 2019-word processor program and its most important features.
               2- Highlight the contents of the main program interface and (use keyboard shortcuts).
               3- Identify the main tabs of the program and the tools and commands for each tab.
               4- Create and open word processor documents.
               5- Identify the information and characteristics of the document, such as the name, date of

                   creation and modification, and last printing.
               6- Determine ways to secure and protect Word 2019 files.
               7- Work with documents and save them in different file format
               8- Print documents and edit them according to the appropriate options.
               9- Review some Microsoft Word 2019 options for customizing editing tasks and

                   displaying documents.
               10- Write and format texts in different languages.
               11- Use the undo and redo commands, and take advantage of the find and replace options
               12- Distinguish paragraph commands such as alignment, indents, line and paragraph

                   spacing, numbering and bullets, paragraph borders and shading, sorting and arranging
                   paragraphs in ascending and descending order.
               13- Apply different formats to the contents of the document to improve it and produce it
                   in an acceptable form before publishing or printing.
               14- Select, modify, copy, and move texts and shapes from one file to another.
               15- Preview, customize and manage text styles.
               16- Insert pictures, shapes, charts, icons and other objects and adjust the settings for each
                   element or object.
               17- Organize and format tables and entering data into them.
               18- Add and edit document headers and footers.
               19- Insert special symbols and equations.
               20- Design document formats and add a watermark, frame, or color to the page
                   background.
               21- Layout and prepare the page, add page and section breaks, and arrange images with
                   text on the document.
