11.5Sharing Printer

Printer sharing is a crucial aspect for achieving tasks smoothly and efficiently in less
time. Using a single printer with multiple devices allows printing files directly from
these devices without the need to allocate a single computer for printing, even if the
printer does not natively support network connection. This is done by connecting the
printer to a computer (main) using a USB cable, then configuring the sharing settings
on the main computer and other devices connected to the network.

Activity Period: 20 Minutes
Procedures: This Activity Done on 3 stages:
Ensure that sharing is enabled in the settings by following these steps:
1. Click on the Start Menu > Settings > Wi-Fi > Change advanced sharing options.
2. Choose "Turn on file and printer sharing".
3. Click on "Save changes."
