The second step: is determining how to organize the information in the report

records in the report, where we choose the fields that we want to arrange based on,
and choose the type of arrangement as follows: After choosing how to arrange the
records in the report, we select the data collection options by clicking the Summary
Options button as follows
We choose the data collection method for the fields (sum - average - minimum -
maximum).
