We are asked to name the new file and choose a save location from the button Browse
(we choose the saving location and then write the file name) as in the following figure

After that, we agree and the following dialog box appears to give us the choice
whether to memorize the export steps or not, we choose what suits us and in mostly,
we do not need to save the export steps, so we click Finish directly as follows
Delete report:
The report is deleted as was done with all previous objects by right-clicking on the
report from the navigation pane and then choosing the Delete command from the
menu.
