Reports:

              Reports are used to display information from a table or query and format it for
              printing
             Create a report:
              The assistant is also used to create reports through the Report Wizard command
              located in the Create menu as follows:
              The first step: It is always choosing the table/query
              Which we want to create a report from and choose the fields to be placed In the report
              from the field box
