• Create a simple query using the wizard about patient numbers and names and name it
(Patients Query).

• A query was created about the names of patients for whom a file was opened in 2016, and
the cost of their treatment reached more than 2,000 Egyptian pounds, and it was named
after (2016).

• Create a query about patients who have health insurance, where only the patient’s name
appears, and save it in the name of patients who have insurance.

• Create a query about patients who live in the Rwanda neighborhood and the cost of their
treatment is equal to 500 Egyptian pounds and name it (query 2.)

• Create a form for all the data for the previous table named (Patient Form)
