14.3.1- Whole Number:
Through it, you can control the content of a specific cell by making it accept only
a whole number between a set of values or certain numbers. For example, you type
in the minimum No. 6 and in the maximum No. 10. This means that the cell will only
accept numbers between numbers 6 and 10.
