An Error Alert message can also be added to alert the data entry user that there
is an error when typing a governorate manually in the cell that is being worked on,
instead of choosing it from the dropdown list using the Error Message tab. Type the
message title and content, choose the warning style, and then click OK.

Note: Any adjustments made in the same range of cells that you have chosen as
a source of the Dropdown List (located in Sheet1), will be applied directly in the cell.
In the following example, the governorates have been changed

And thus the updates will appear in the A1 cell in Sheet2 directly.
