14 - Handling data:
14.1 - Delete duplicate data:

Excel can determine the frequency of data in columns. Based on this selection, it
is possible to delete the duplicate data and leave the unique, non-duplicate data, by
clicking on the “Data” tab and from the “Data” tool group, choose “Remove
Duplication”, to appear a list from which we select the columns in which we want to
check the duplicate, and then a message appears specifying The number of rows that
were deleted and remain as in Figure)105(

14.2 - Insert a link:

A link is a text or image that, when clicked, is linked to a file, a website, a place
in the current file, or an email address. The file, website, or email is opened, and a
link can be added to a text or image. First, we select the text or image and click on
the “Insert” tab, then “Link” from the Links group, then we choose the file or choose
to insert a link... as shown below.
