Excel contains many ready-made lists that you can use, such as months and days
of the week. You can type the day of the week and use the auto-fill tool to fill the
rest of the cells automatically, or by entering the value and dragging the copy cursor
while clicking Ctrl.

Copy Cells: Repeats the same value in all cells with the same format

1. Fill Series : Fill From numeric values, days of the week, months, or other ready-made
lists

2. Fill Formatting Only : It copies the formatting only from the first cell to the rest of
the cells

3. Fill Without Formatting : It copies only the content from the first cell to the rest of
the cells without formatting
