10.2 – Filter data:
Data filtering is a way to find and a subset of data to temporarily exclude rows

that we don't want to display on the screen, and show rows that match a condition.
Several filtering options are available in the Filter command, and you can filter a
range of cells or a table according to certain criteria, depending on the type of data
in the column. .

To filter data, select the cells you want to filter, and from the “Data” tab, choose
the “Filter” command. Auto-filter boxes will appear next to the fields. By clicking on
these boxes a shortcut menu will appear where you can select the records you want
to show using the filter
