Go to the View tab and choose Zoom. The following figure will appear:

Zoom: It displays the “zoom in/out” dialog box.
100%: It zooms the workbook to 100% of its normal size.
Zoom to Selection: It zooms the worksheet to view only the currently selected
cells.

4 – Selection, Naming Cells and Naming range:
4.1 – Select one cell or more

1- Click on the cell to select it.
2- To select a range, select a cell with the left mouse button clicked, drag over other

cells, or use the arrow keys + Shift.

3- To select non-adjacent cells, click the first cell, then Ctrl and select the other cells
