3.6 Switch between Open Files

  To switch between files and windows

View tab  Switch windows               we select the window we want to use

            3.7. Workbook View Options - Zoom
            The workbook is viewed in Excel in more than one way, as shown in the following:
            Go to the View tab. You will see the following figure:

            These tools are also found in the lower right corner of the status bar.
            Normal: This displays the worksheet in normal view. There is also a shortcut to
       this tool in the lower right corner of the status bar.
            Page Break Preview: This tool is used to adjust page breaks. There is also a
       shortcut for it in the lower right corner of the status bar.
            Page Layout: This tool is used to view the worksheet as it would appear on a
       printed page. It also displays a horizontal and vertical ruler. In addition, through it,
       you can add/change headers and footers, and edit margins, row/column headings
       and scale options. This tool is not to be confused with the Print Preview tool.
            Custom Views: It opens the Custom Views dialog box.
            Zoom the workbook (zoom in – zoom out)
