You can change the direction of your default worksheet permanently by clicking
on the "File" tab, clicking on "Options", then clicking on "Advanced Options", and
from the "View" pane, change the default direction by choosing Right to Left - Left
to Right.

3.3- Number of default worksheets:

One worksheet in Excel 2019 contains 16,384 columns and 1,048,576 rows.
When there is one worksheet called Sheet 1 and to change the number of default
worksheets, click on the “File” tab, click “Options,” then select the number of
worksheets from the “Include this many sheets."
