5. To record an audio recording with your voice, click on the Audio dialog box, then
click on New Record, then click on Record, then finish by clicking OK.

Figure (158): shows how to deal with audio files in Adobe Captivate.

To insert slides:

1. Click the Insert drop-down menu, then click Blank slide and select the slide
type.

2. Click the Insert drop-down menu, then click Slide and choose Question Slide to
add a question slide.

3. Click the Insert drop-down menu, then click Slide and choose Random
Question Slide to choose a random question slide.

4. Click the Insert drop-down menu, then click Slide and choose Image Slide to
choose an image slide.

5. Click on the Insert drop-down menu, then click on Slide and choose Power Pont
slide to choose a PowerPoint slide.

6. Click the Insert drop-down menu, then click Slide and choose Animation to
choose a video slide.

7. To rearrange the slides, drag the slide to the new arrangement and leave it as
drop or copy and paste.

8. To delete a slide, stop on the slide. Left click on the slide delete.
9. To determine the duration of the slide display, from the Timeline for slide bar,

choose the duration of the slide display.
