- Click in the Name dialog box and specify the name or numbering of the question.
- Click inside the Question dialog box to write the question format.
- Click inside the Points dialog box to select the correct answer.
- Click inside the Answers dialog box and notice that the previously selected answer

appears.
- Click Add to add an answer alternative, edit, or delete an alternative.
- From the Type key, choose the answer format True/Falls or. Yes/No
- Click on the Numbering drop-down menu to choose the numbering form for the

question alternatives, then OK.
