carrying out illegal activities or immoral acts, even if the crime did not occur.
✓ Article (116-bis (b))
Without prejudice to any harsher penalty stipulated in any other law, anyone who publishes, or broadcasts in
the media any information, data, pictures, or images related to the identity of a child at the time when his case
is reverted to the competent authorities concerned with children at risk or in conflict with law shall be
punishable with a fine of no less than ten thousand Egyptian pounds, and no more than fifty thousand Egyptian
pounds.
