The settings for grid lines and guidelines can be controlled by clicking with the mouse
(right) on any part of the slide and pressing Select (Grid and Guides...) (Figure ).

d. Notes: Allows to Notes Pane below the Slide Pane.

1.5 Zoom Group

The slide can be zoomed in or out either through the zoom slider at the bottom of the
slide portion or through the View tab (1), and then we choose any desired command (2).
This group includes several commands (Figure ):

a. Zoom: Allows specifying the required enlargement or
reduction ratio, whether a predefined value (400%, 200%, ....,
33%) or a value the user specifies as a percentage. The window
also includes a choice (Fit ), which performs the same task
that will be explained in the following command (b).

b. Fit to Window: Allows automatic zooming in or out to fit the entire slide on
the screen.
