2.3 Save the presentation for PowerPoint Show :

When someone opens a file PowerPoint Show ,appears in full screen mode in slide
show, rather than edit mode. The viewer starts watching the presentation immediately
.
Choose PowerPoint Show (*.ppsx ) . Saves the file as a presentation file suitable for
recent versions
Or choose the type PowerPoint 97-2003 Show ( * .pps ) To save the file as a
presentation file to an earlier version of PowerPoint .

2.4 Save PowerPoint presentations as PDF

Formatting and layout freeze when saving the presentation as a file PDF ”where people
can view slides , even if they don't have them PowerPoint

2.5 Save a presentation as an MP4 video file :

To play the presentation on computers that do not have PowerPoint installed ,you can
save the presentation as a video file . Here we choose the format MP4 or wmv
Note : If you want to control the video export options ,select “ File ” and then click on
"Export . "

2.6 Save the presentation file as images :

To save the file in image format we choose Formats option (*.jpg) JPEG File ,
and as soon as we click on the “ Save” button , a window will appear for us to
choose between saving “ All Slides ”and here each slide is saved as a separate
