2.2 Translation

: Follow these steps

1. Click the Review tab in the ribbon
2. Click the key translation
3. Then click the Selected Text Translation File option shown in the resulting drop-

       .down list

5. Then click the down arrow inside the Tools section to open a menu. Within this

menu, select an option Translation

Select the language you want to translate the word into. To do this, locate the

Translation section and press the down arrow. This opens a list of languages. Select the

language of your choice. You will see the translated word in a language . You can insert

this translated word into the active slide at the cursor position , by clicking the "Insert

. key, you will see the translated word in the desired language "

You can insert this translated word on the active slide at the cursor position, by clicking

the Insert key

1. :Use the translated word, you can either insert or copy
   • A insert_

Click inside a text container on the slide. Then click the Insert key to place the translated
.word on the slide

   • Copy copy

,Click the down arrow next to the Insert key . Within the resulting drop-down menu
choose the Copy File option
