      • End-of-program training evaluation survey from the trainees' perspective.
     The Trainee Role:
     The preparation for training includes the willingness to achieve its goals and a
     complete conviction of the importance of training for digital transformation. This
     involves being ready to implement best practices to achieve the desired training
     objectives.
     Key actions include:
      • Studying the daily and session-specific goals before each training session, actively

          seeking clarification from the trainer, and continually inquiring about what is
          intended.
      • Practicing self-reflection during and after training sessions by posing questions to
          oneself and seeking solutions.
      • Successfully achieving the intended course objectives.
