When inviting guests to the event you can control whether they have the right to:

• Modify the event.
• Invite other guests.
• View the guest list.
Sharing options
If guests are invited to the event, choose one of the following sharing options when
saving the event:
• Anyone with the link can view, comment, or edit: They don't need a Google

account to view it.
• Save without sharing: Guests will see the title of the attached file but won't be

able to open it.
Training activity
As a university professor who has many lectures, record the date of one of the lectures
on the Google Calendar app and send a reminder and content file to one of your
assistants on his email.
