18 – Equations:

You can use Excel just as you can use a calculator to perform simple or complex
calculations. It contains a wide range of different functions that can be used to
perform calculations in a short time.

The Excel program contains two forms of equations, one of which is the pre-
defined formula and the other is to write the required equation.
18.1 - How to write an equation:

You can write an equation in Excel using arithmetic operators (addition,
       subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.).

The equation starts with (=) and then type constants that are numerical values
and arithmetic operators, and you can use the cell reference instead of the value it
contains. Click Enter to get the result of the equation.

Excel calculates formulas based on the following order of operations:
            1. Operations enclosed in parentheses.
            2. Exponential calculations.
            3. Multiplication and division, whichever comes first.
            4. Addition and subtraction, whichever comes first.
