It capitalizes the first letter in a text string and any other letters in text that follow
any character other than a letter. It converts all other letters to lowercase letters.
The general formula for all text functions:
Select an empty cell, click on the Insert Function tool (fx) next to the formula bar,
and choose the text function, as shown in the following figure:
