RANDBETWEEN FUNCTIONS:

Is a function that generates a random number between two values
              RANDBETWEEN (bottom;top) =
Bottom: Minimum or the smallest integer
Top: Maximum or the largest integer

         19.5.8 - COUNTIF :
It returns the number of cells in a range that meet one or more criteria. In

the cell or formula bar, enter the following formula, where "RANGE" is the data
range you want to evaluate and count, and "CRITERIA" is the condition for
which the count will be calculated:
              =COUNTIF(RANGE; CRITERIA)
    • RANGE: The range of cells you want to count based on a specific condition.
    • CRITERIA: The condition for which the count will be calculated.
Note: When we want to include a comparative sign within the Criteria part, we
need to enclose it between quotation marks
The comparison signs include: greater than <, less than >, equal to =, not equal
        to <>
