AI can be used to build a search management table: the query, the database, the date, the
number of results, the source file, the export status, and notes. This is an excellent
productivity task because it reduces disorder without replacing scientific judgment. It can
also detect variations in author name spelling or field formatting, but it should not decide
that two records are duplicates when the data is incomplete, without review.

What to notice: Broad discovery narrows gradually into a documented evidence set through
