can be approved, while documenting the inputs, the steps, the verification points, the
           outputs, and the record.

Choose a real subject of low or medium sensitivity that can be worked on safely. It might be

following up a project, improving a service, summarizing the results of a program, or
preparing a decision between two options. Do not start from a ready-made text; gather

different materials so that you test the real workflow.

The final pack consists of: an executive summary, a table of facts and sources, an options
table, a list of decisions required, a five-slide deck, an action log, and a workflow card. The
outputs must be consistent with one another, and every important figure or claim must trace

         back to a source.

Run the lab in two rounds. In the first round, record the current way of working, the time,
and the errors. In the second round, use the proposed design. Do not change everything at
once; test one or two points, such as separating extraction from writing or adding a gate for

the figures. It is the comparison that reveals the value.

What to notice: Different materials converge in one stage of cleaning, extraction,
comparison, and verification, and consistent outputs are then derived from it rather than
         each output being prepared separately.

         Steps of Execution
1.Define one decision or question: write in a single line what the pack must help people

         understand or settle.
2.Assemble the source pack: name every source, state its version, date, and owner, and

         exclude unnecessary material.
