Training Activities:

             Apply what will be explained about how to lay out the document.
            The trainee adds the following changes to the file previously developed in Training (2)

               5. Change the page orientation.
               6. Add a section break.
               7. Align the shape to the left of the text.
               8. Group images in one color in the middle of the document.

       6. References

            Word has its own, basic referencing system available via the 'References' tab on the ribbon.
            This lets you add references to a document and then create a bibliography at the end of the
            text. References are stored in a master list, which can be used to add references to further
            documents.

          6.1 Table of Content

            A table of contents is a list of topics in your document with their corresponding page
            numbers. It gives the readers of your document an overview of the contents and to tells
            them the page numbers of each section.
            First, before creating the table, you must apply heading styles; On the main and sub-
            headings (Heading 1), (Heading 2), etc.

                 • After you have applied all heading styles, click where you want to create the table;
                     go to the References tab > Table of Contents > Automatic Table, you will find that
                     the Automatic Table of Contents has been added.

                 • If you modify the document, such as deleting or adding a paragraph, changing titles,
                     etc. You can easily update the table of contents by clicking on the References >
                     Update Table, as shown in the following figure, and choose one of two options from
                     the Update Table dialog box, either update the table by changing page numbers
                     only, or update it entirely.
